Accommodation requirements

Check In

  • Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.

Information about amenities

  • Toothbrushes and bath towels are not provided, so please bring your own.
    Bedding (including pillows, mattresses, quilts (summer towel blankets) + each sheet) is available for the number of people who make a reservation.
    Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryers are installed in each shower room and bathroom.

Wood stove, bonfire, firewood

  • Some facilities have a wood-burning stove installed in the room, and some have a fire pit for bonfires.
    When using it, please be careful about fire management.
    Please be careful not to go out or go to bed with the fire on.
    If you need firewood, we also sell it for 1,000 yen per bundle.

About garbage

  • If the items brought in become garbage, they are basically taken home, but please purchase a designated garbage bag for 200 yen each,
    You can dispose of it here by bringing it to the garbage collection point.
    There are four types of garbage: burnable garbage, PET bottles, cans, and bottles.
    If you wish to dispose of it here, please tell the person in charge at the time of check-in.

We recommend that you bring your own

  • Since it is in the forest, we recommend that you bring insect repellent spray. (April to October)
    Some places are dark at night.
    We recommend that you bring a torch (flashlight).

Non-smoking

  • Nakadaki Art Village is a non-smoking building.
    Please smoke outside the room or in the smoking area.
    There is also a risk of forest fires, such as throwing away cigarettes.
    Please be careful with fire.
    In the unlikely event that the smell of cigarettes adheres to the bedding or room due to smoking indoors,
    Please understand that we may charge a cleaning fee separately.

About night

  • There are 30 log houses on the site of about 20,000 tsubo.
    Please refrain from chatting in a loud voice on the outside terrace after 23:00 as there are residents.
    Please be considerate so as not to disturb other customers.

About the tennis court

  • Guests are free to use the facilities at any time.
    Reservations are not accepted, so please be considerate when using.
    Before and after using the tools, please be sure to use the provided alcohol to disinfect them.
    Tennis balls are charged and are only sold at the gachapon (300 yen each) inside the pavilion.
    Feel free to bring your own tools.

Fireworks

  • Things that make noise (explosive sounds) and flying things (fireworks) are not allowed.
    Other hand-held fireworks can be enjoyed at designated locations.
    Please refrain from doing so outside of the designated areas.
    Dead branches of cedar are flammable, and if ignited, there is a risk of a large-scale fire, so please be careful.
    Please be sure to prepare water in a bucket before enjoying.

About the volume of audio equipment

  • If you bring your own portable speaker to play music, the volume must be such that it does not interfere with other guests using the facility.

Number of guests

  • It cannot be used by more than the number of people who made a reservation in advance.
    If the number of people increases, please be sure to let us know in advance.
    While making a reservation with the minimum number of people in the past,

  • *If you are a day visitor, 3,500 yen will be charged as a facility usage fee.You can stay from 15:00 to 20:00.After 20:00, the accommodation fee applies.

About Children Rates

  • Children under the age of 3 stay free when using existing bedding.
    We may ask you to confirm the age of your child, so please be sure to let us know in advance.

    ・3 years old to less than elementary school:50% of adult rate
    ・Elementary school-aged children:85% of adult price
    ・junior high school students:Same price as adult

Beware of things left behind

  • There is a high probability that guests will forget their belongings.
    Please be careful not to leave anything behind when checking out.

Defacement/damage

  • Please note that the actual cost will be charged for soiling or damage to facilities, equipment, futons, etc. in the facility.

return to status quo

  • You can freely use the cooking utensils and tableware installed in each facility on the premise that they will be restored to their original state.

Cancel

  • For cancellations or changes to reduce the number of guests within 14 days of the accommodation date,
    Cancellation charges will apply, so please check again.

    ・For facilities with different cancellation policies, please check the detailed information for each facility.
    ・Cases where no cancellation fee will be charged are limited to cases where the surrounding roads to access Nakadaki Art Village are closed due to natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes. (When Higashi Kando and Higashi Kindo are closed as a standard)
    ・Since the Aqua-Line is on the sea, it will be closed at wind speeds of 20 m/s, so it is not covered.
